Can I keep my existing booking system on my site?

Yes. Most booking tools give you a link or a piece of code that you paste into your site. That keeps working after the migration. If it sits in your WordPress site, we take it along.

My Instagram feed loads slowly on my site, what now?

Show one row of six to eight photos at most and load them with a delay. A feed with dozens of images slows down your whole page. Send us the link on WhatsApp and we will look at what is holding it back.

Do I need a separate email address per team member?

Not needed, but handy. An address per hairdresser or chair renter keeps requests apart. You can also use one shared address for appointments and one for yourself. You set that up yourself with the Website + Mail plan.

Can a chair renter or freelance hairdresser have a place on my site?

Yes, you put one page per hairdresser on the site, with a photo, a speciality and their own booking button. The hosting is the same. If you would like us to add a new page, the Changes add-on does that for you.

My hairdresser site is with a web agency, can I switch?

Yes, we copy the site to our servers for free. You ask the agency for the files and the database, or we ask on your behalf. If you are still tied to a yearly contract, the Switch deal comes along: up to 9 remaining months are free.
