Can a client send me a photo of the leak?

Yes, with a WhatsApp button on your site. A tap on a phone opens a chat with your number, where they share a photo or a short video. You often see which part you need before you get in the van.

My site is with an agency, can it come to you?

Yes, as long as the site may be taken away from the agency. You ask the agency for the files or a backup, we move everything over and test it. You pay nothing for the migration itself.

Which email address suits my plumbing company?

An address with your business name, such as info@ or planning@ on your own domain. Clients remember it, and it looks as tidy after a job as your work does. It arrives in the mail app you already use.

Where do I put my service area: on a map or as text?

As text. A list of places is the easiest to read for Google and for a visitor on a phone. A map can sit next to it, but do not let it replace the text.

Can I put a quality mark on my site?

If you have one, yes. Put the logo with a short explanation next to your services or at the bottom of the page. If you have none, leave it out and let your photos and way of working do the job.

What if my site does not load during the day while I am on a job?

Send us a WhatsApp message, even if you are lying under a sink. A person looks into it between 9:00 and 21:00 and gets the site running again. On top of that, we make a backup every day.
