How do I set up a confidential contact form on my firm's site?
With an ordinary form that sends the messages to your own email address, plus a short text about what you do with the data. You write or check the privacy text yourself. We make sure the form arrives.
My firm's site was built by an agency. Can I switch?
Yes. We host the existing site and migrate it for free. The agency can keep working on it, or you can have small changes done by us with Changes.
Can I take my email along if I switch provider?
Yes. We set up your mailbox on your own domain and move your old messages along. The email address does not change, so clients notice nothing.
Can I put a photo of myself on my site, and how big?
That is up to you. A photo of a few hundred kilobytes loads at once on a phone, a photo of a few megabytes does not. We help you make it smaller.
Can I have a separate page per area of law?
Yes, and it is a good idea. People search for their problem, so a page per area of law shows up in search results more often. It fits any WordPress site we host.
How do I know my site has been updated?
If you choose Maintenance, we run the updates and watch the security. Without Maintenance you do that yourself, and a backup is ready every night.
