How do I let new clients sign up through my site?
With a short form that goes to your own email address. Ask only for name, type of business and what someone needs. You then assess for yourself whether it fits.
Can my existing firm site move to you as it is?
Yes, for free, your email included. The old site stays online until you switch the nameservers. If you still have a contract running there, the Switch deal applies.
Can I put a link to my accounting package on the site?
Yes, an ordinary button is enough. Your client clicks through to the login screen of the package you use and is at their own figures.
Can my firm's email addresses differ per task?
Yes, you create as many addresses on your own domain as you like. Think of invoices, payroll or a personal address per employee.
I am a freelancer who does the books for others, how much site do I need?
