Can I take the booking form of my garage site with me?
Yes. We migrate the whole site, form included, and point the recipient to your email address on your own domain. Then we send a test request, so you know for sure it arrives.
How do I put an MOT reminder on my site?
With a simple form where the customer leaves a number plate and an email address. You receive it in your mailbox and add it to your own planning. A plugin that sends emails itself works too, and we host that along with the rest.
My garage website is with an agency, can I switch?
Yes. If the site is already built, we host it and keep it running. If you have a running contract with your current host, the Switch deal applies: the remaining months, up to 9, are free with us.
Can my mechanics get an email address too?
Yes, you create as many addresses on your own domain as you need. Think of info, workshop and one address per person. Everything also arrives on your phone.
Who changes my opening hours when I am on holiday?
You can do that yourself, in WordPress or another admin page. If you would rather not, send us a WhatsApp message with what needs to change and we do it with Changes.
What if the site breaks after an update?
We make a backup every night, so there is always a version ready to restore. With Maintenance we take the updates off your hands.
