A toy shop has a WooCommerce shop that an agency built. In December more visitors come than usual, the page loads slowly and two customers pay without the order arriving. The shop's confirmation email comes from a free email address and lands in one customer's spam.

Do you host my WooCommerce shop?
Yes. WooCommerce runs on WordPress and we host that. Other PHP shops are possible too, as long as their server requirements fit. Let us know in a message and we take a look.
Do you also sell web shop software or build shops?
No. Your shop is already built, or you have an agency build it. We take care of the hosting, backups, SSL and email, and make small changes on request.
Can I migrate my shop without losing orders?
Yes. We migrate the shop and email for free and the old shop stays online until you switch the nameservers. Check your orders after the migration and you know for sure everything came across.
How do I make sure my shop's collection email arrives?
Have the shop send from an address on your own domain. We set the address up for you and test an order through to the collection message.
What if my shop freezes in the rush?
We talk it through in a message. Often a plugin or a large photo is behind it. With Maintenance we keep an eye on updates and security.
Is the link between my shop and my till a problem?
Usually not, because that link runs in your shop or till and not on our server. If you are not sure how it works, send us the name of your till.
