Can an assistant change the opening hours on the site herself?
Yes, if the site runs on WordPress. Put the hours in one block on the front page, and changing them is a matter of editing text. We show you over WhatsApp or email, and with Changes we do it for you.
Does the contact form have to meet certain requirements?
That depends on what you let people fill in, and you read up on the rules for healthcare data in your own sector. Technically we provide SSL and a form that arrives. Keep the fields few and explain where the details go.
Our site is with the IT supplier of the health centre, can it move?
It can if you have access to the files and the domain yourself. We copy the site and email to our servers for free, and the old site stays online until you change the nameservers.
Can every team member have their own email address with the practice name?
Yes, on your own domain you create mailboxes for whoever you like. Add a shared address for the front desk as well.
What do I put on the site about urgent complaints?
Write down what your practice already tells patients, without inventing or rewording it. Put it in a prominent box on the contact page. We place it with you if you send it to us.
