An example: a practice with a form full of holes

Think of a dentist who had a site built two years ago by an agency that has since closed. The sign-up form sends messages to an email address nobody reads any more. New patients wait for an answer that does not come, and the front desk only hears about it when someone mentions it in the chair.

Can a patient sign up online without me losing details?

Yes, if the form is set up properly. The page runs over SSL and the messages go to a practice mailbox. If you send us a screenshot of your form on WhatsApp, we will look at where it drops out.

My site was built by an agency, can it run with you?

Usually, yes. If it runs on WordPress or PHP, we copy it to our servers for free and the old site stays online until you switch the nameservers. The email moves along the same way.

Does the booking system have to run on my own site?

Not necessarily. Many practices link to the system they already use. Put the button on every page, and for patients it is one tap.

Can my assistants get their own email address?

Yes, on your own domain you create as many as you need. Then the patient knows who is replying, and if a team member leaves, you simply take over the mailbox.

What do I put on the site if I am not taking new patients?

Write it at the top of the sign-up page, in plain words. Add where people can go for another practice. That takes a lot of pressure off your front desk.
