Questions from butchers
Can customers order meat online and collect it without an online shop?
Yes, with a form where customers fill in product, amount and collection day. You confirm by email or WhatsApp. If you want prepayment later, a WordPress shop fits, and we host that too.
How do I put my price list on the site without it going out of date?
Only list fixed products with an indicative price, or leave prices off seasonal products and point to the offer of the week. That way you do not have to edit every day.
Can I just put photos of my cold cuts online?
Your own photos are always fine. If you use images from a supplier, ask permission. Technically we simply place them, but make them smaller so the page opens quickly.
My email no longer reaches customers, can that be fixed?
Often, yes. An address on your own domain, with good email settings, helps. Tell us on WhatsApp what is happening and a person will look into it. When we migrate, we set the settings up properly for you.
My site is with an agency and I want to leave, how does that work?
You ask the agency for the files and the database, or we ask on your behalf. We transfer everything for free and you change the nameservers afterwards. The Switch deal covers up to 9 remaining months with your old host.
